Spa Guidelines

GENERAL

Spa services are available for guests ages 18 and older (subject to limitations and parental supervision). A selection of Beauty Bar services are available for guests of all ages (subject to limitations and parental supervision). Access to dressing rooms are prohibited to those under 18 years of age and those without a spa appointment. AWAY Spa is not responsible for extensions that come loose or damaged during the wash or blowout service. AWAY Spa reserves the right to remove any client from the premises and/or revoke/suspend/terminate the membership of any member who fails to follow AWAY Spa Rules and Regulations or for any reasons of nuisance, disturbance, moral turpitude or fraud. Refunds will not be provided in any of these instances. AWAY Spa reserves the right to deny entry or services to any client over concerns for health and/or safety risks. To ensure you enjoy safe services, clients with certain health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, who are currently pregnant or have any other medical conditions that may be relevant must inform front desk staff or management and their therapist/esthetician prior to receiving services. Alerting the front desk staff or management upon your arrival will help you enjoy your complete treatment time and the correct service.

RESERVATIONS

Walk-in appointments are welcome, however guests are encouraged to make arrangements in advance. All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. To schedule your appointment(s), please call our spa desk at (+1) 480-970-2188. Guests staying on the property may dial from a guest room.*Please advise us if you are pregnant or have other significant health considerations when booking your treatments and our trained therapists will help you to choose the most suitable treatment for your needs. 

Prices in USD. Tax & automatic 20% service charge will be added based on the published service price. Promotions and discounts do not apply to packages. Away Spa Membership benefits are exclusive to W Scottsdale only.

WET DECK

Between the months of February to November, all spa guests have general access to the pool when booking a 50 minute or longer treatment at AWAY Spa W Scottsdale. Access to the pool does not include seating this includes any loungers, cabanas, day-beds or tables. All guests must be 21+ up with valid ID. The WET Deck and Cottontail Lounge enforces a resort and swim wear dress code strictly enforced. Our pool events are lively compared to a Las Vegas style pool vibes Fridays-Sundays, so expect a crowd. ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN PROCEDURES

We invite you to use the spa steam showers and luxury products before and after spa treatments. We request your arrival at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time, providing you with ample time to check-in and prepare for your spa experience. Should your arrival be delayed, please note that your treatment time will be reduced accordingly so that we may serve the next guest on time.

Late arrival will still result in full charge for your requested service, even though your actual treatment time may be reduced. We request that you do not bring jewelry or valuables to your spa experience. Away Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservations require that we schedule spa talent and hold appointment times just for you. As a courtesy and to avoid charges in full, we require 24 hours’ notice should you need to change or cancel your reservation. Prices in USD. Tax & service charge included. DRESS CODE
Guests must wear appropriate fitness clothing and footwear in the gym and studio. Swimwear and cover-up’s should be worn when visiting WET Deck.
